Day1 Xining    

Upon your arrival at the Xining Caojiabao Airport,our tour guide will meet and escort you to your hotel in Xining downtown.


Day2  Ta’er  Monastery &Dongguan Great Mosque

7:30am-9:30am Open ceremony   ice break games

10:00am-12:30am visit the famous Taer Monastery  

12:30pm-1:30pm Lunch

2:00pm-5:30pm Visiting Qinghai Museum, which features in three exhibition centers: Qinghai Protoculture, Qinghai Ethnic Collections and Tibetan Buddhism Arts.


Day3 Qinghai Museum & Qinhai Lake

7:30am-9:30am Drive to Qinhai Lake

9:30am-11:30am Visit Qinhai Lake

Day4  Chaka Salt Lake

Ta’er Monastery & Dongguan Great Mosque

Visit the famous Ta’er Monastery, the birthplace of the Tibetan Buddhism master—Tsongkhapa—who was the founder of Gelug sect. The monastery is also famous as one of "six monasteries of Gelug", and a very important institute to learn Buddhism, Astronomy and Medicine. The Ta'er Monastery is rich in fascinating arts. The famous butter sculptures, the barbolas, and the murals are considered to be the three most unique arts of superb craftsmanship.        

    


  

Qinghai Lake

As the largest inland lake, as well as the largest salt water lake in China, Qinghai Lake was elected as the most beautiful lake in China by China’s National Geographic. While on the foot of mountains are endless beautiful grassland and rapeseed flower lands which are connected to the lakeside. At the same time, Qinghai Lake is a sacred Tibetan Buddhist site. There are many devoted Buddhist coming from afar to worship to Qinghai Lake each year. 


Erlang Jian Scenic Area, Riyue Mountain and Daotang River  

The site is a long and narrow embankment winding into Qinghai Lake, just like a sword. It is famous for grassland, sand beach, a diversity of animals and folk activities.


Chaka Salt Lake  

This natural crystallized saline lake is regarded as the eastern gateway to Qaidam Basin, which reserves the largest salt mine in the world. The snow-white lake bed and the crystal blue water against the azure sky win it the reputation of “Mirror of the Sky.” 


Heima River and Bird Island

Bird Island, northwest of Qinghai Lake, is one of the most beautiful lakes in China. It is connected to the bank on one side while the others are surrounded by water. 


Qilian Grassland

Qilian Grasslands is one of the best grasslands in the country, home to thousands of Tibetan nomads during the summer.In the Tibetan epic King Gesar, the grassland gained the name of “Golden Lotus Prairie” due to its distinct climate and good weather. The Uygur and Mongols call the grassland “Golden Pasture”.

 

Menyuan Rape Flower Base

The rape flowers land is next to Qilian Mountain.Located in the Menyuan county, Haibei Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Qinghai Province, it is the key oil material producing areas in the Qinghai Province and northwestern region.The Rape Flower Festival, every July, is the best time to visit these flowers.
